Youth Leadership Series

The Youth Leadership Series is a powerful, culturally-rooted program for teens who are ready to lead in their lives, families, and communities. Designed for ages 13–17, this ongoing monthly experience blends self-discovery, digital learning, and real-world leadership challenges

Participants explore identity, emotional intelligence, career awareness, and community leadership while building the practical skills to succeed in today’s world.

Whether your teen is discovering their voice or ready to step into leadership, this program meets them where they are, and lifts them higher.

Who is this program for?

The Youth Leadership Series is built for teens ages 13–17, particularly those from marginalized communities. While free access is offered through our community partners, all teens interested in developing leadership and life skills are welcome to enroll.

What kind of content will my teen receive?

Each month, teens will unlock a new leadership-focused course including videos, challenges, reflection prompts, and downloadable activities. Lessons cover emotional intelligence, confidence, financial literacy, tech, communication, and values-based leadership; all presented in a culturally grounded, teen-friendly way.

Is this program free or paid?

Teens referred through our school or nonprofit partners will receive free access. For those without a referral, we’ll offer low-cost monthly or annual subscription options. Sponsorship opportunities are also available for families who may need support.

When will my teen gain access to the program?

Course access begins December 1, 2025 when the LMS goes live. Families on the waitlist will receive priority notifications. Once enrolled, you’ll get login credentials and guidance on how to get started.

Can this be used by youth groups or mentoring programs?

Yes! We encourage group-based learning and offer discussion prompts, challenges, and printable tools that are ideal for group use. If you’re part of an organization, church, or mentoring program, consider becoming a partner for full access.

How do I sponsor a teen?

You can sponsor one or more teens through our Powered By You campaign. Your gift covers a full year of access and supports youth from underserved communities. Sponsorships are tax-deductible and make a powerful difference in the life of a future leader.

How much time does the program require each month?

The program is designed to be flexible and accessible for busy teens. Each weekly course can be completed in about 1–2 hours total, with optional activities and challenges that can be done offline or as part of a group. Teens can go at their own pace and revisit content anytime during the month.

Will my teen need any special equipment or software?

No special tools are required — just a device with internet access (computer, tablet, or smartphone) and a willingness to engage. All videos and materials are accessible through our online platform, and printable activities are included for offline learning. As we expand into tech and STEM topics, we’ll provide alternatives for households without access to certain tools or platforms.
