What Is The 831 Fleet?
The 831 Fleet is our newest initiative at Powered By Love. Powered By Love is seeking sponsorships and partnerships in our effort to launch a mobile outreach project converting decommissioned ambulances into fully stocked care units.
Each vehicle in The 831 Fleet will be equipped to deliver essential items like hygiene kits, water, seasonal gear, and connection to individuals experiencing homelessness, disaster displacement, or crisis.
These aren’t just vehicles. They’re symbols of love in action, outfitted with shelving, bins, and climate-controlled storage to carry out rapid-response care.
Why An Ambulance
We’ve chosen this design because ambulances are built for rapid response, accessibility, and organization, all essential for delivering care on the go. But instead of medical equipment, our vehicles are stocked with kits of compassion: hygiene packs, warmth essentials, water, and other supplies for the unhoused.
Our first ambulance will launch in Arizona, bringing essential items directly to the streets and shelters, while serving as a mobile love ambassador at outreach events

Each 831 Fleet unit carries thousands of items ranging from full hygiene kits to individual products like soap, toothpaste, deodorant, and feminine care. In hot months, we also distribute bottled water, electrolyte packs, and cooling towels. During the winter, warm socks, blankets, and gloves are prioritized. All items are curated with love and cultural sensitivity in mind.
How will the fleet be used throughout the year?
The 831 Fleet will be active year-round, with routes rotating based on community needs, disaster response, and partner requests. We’ll support shelters, schools, encampments, and underserved neighborhoods through pop-up events, street outreach, and coordinated deliveries. Our model ensures flexibility so we can meet needs in real time. Each month, a tracking report will show the number of items distributed and miles of love delivered.
Can I sponsor or donate a vehicle?
Yes! Individuals, families, companies, and faith-based groups are all welcome to sponsor or donate a vehicle, new or used. We accept ambulances and box trucks that are in good working condition. Sponsors can choose to remain anonymous or be publicly acknowledged on the vehicle and our website. We also offer a donor-matching opportunity for those who want to double their impact.

Every dollar goes directly toward vehicle acquisition, upkeep, fuel, and stocking shelves with essentials.
