Powered By Love’s Workforce Services are designed to support adults from marginalized communities, including individuals experiencing housing insecurity, reentry after incarceration, and long-term unemployment — with the practical tools needed to re-enter the workforce with dignity and confidence.
We partner with shelters, workforce development programs, reentry agencies, schools, and nonprofits to provide free access to our curated Workforce Readiness Course Bundle, delivered through our secure learning platform.
The Workforce Readiness Course Bundle
Each enrolled participant gains access to a self-paced bundle of 10–15 short courses that build essential life and employment skills. Sample topics include:

This course explores how personal healing is a foundational part of powerful leadership. Participants will reflect on past experiences, release self-doubt, and learn how vulnerability, forgiveness, and emotional resilience can strengthen their ability to lead with authenticity and compassion.

Is this program really free?
Yes. Our Workforce Readiness Bundle is provided at no cost to our partner organizations or their participants. We’re actively pursuing grants, sponsorships, and individual donors to ensure this remains a free resource for those who need it most.
What kind of technology do participants need?
Participants need basic internet access and a device (phone, tablet, or computer). The courses are mobile-friendly and self-paced. No special software is required — everything is hosted on our secure LMS platform.
How do we enroll participants?
Once your organization is approved as a Workforce Partner, you’ll receive a unique enrollment link or form. You can use it internally or help participants enroll directly. After enrollment, each learner receives an email with access instructions.
FAQs
Do participants get proof of completion?
Yes. Every course ends with a certificate of completion. You will also receive a monthly report listing participant names, completed courses, and any earned certificates, which can be printed or shared with employers or case managers.
Who can apply to become a partner?
We welcome organizations that serve marginalized or under-resourced communities. This includes shelters, transitional housing programs, nonprofit orgs, churches, schools, reentry agencies, and others working to support workforce reentry or stability.
What’s the timeline for access?
Participants can begin courses on December 1st, 2025. There is no start or end date — they can progress at their own pace. This allows flexibility for those managing housing instability, work, or other life responsibilities.
