While anyone can participate in the Kids Leadership Series, free access is reserved for youth referred by our trusted community partners. We work with schools, shelters, and nonprofit programs to ensure the courses reach those who need them most.

In Color: The Kids Leadership Series
A vibrant leadership journey for kids who deserve to be seen, heard, and celebrated for who they are.
In Color: Kids Leadership is an ongoing leadership development series for kids ages 8–12 from marginalized communities.
Through monthly, themed courses, children explore who they are, what they value, and how they can lead with confidence, compassion, and creativity, all while being fully embraced in their brilliance, culture, and truth.
What’s Included Each Month
Each month, families receive a new leadership experience designed to empower kids both online and offline. The content is fun, engaging, and culturally affirming, built to spark confidence, creativity, and meaningful family conversations.

Learner Outcomes

Who is this program for?
The Kids Leadership Series is designed for children ages 8–12, with a focus on uplifting youth from marginalized and underrepresented communities. Priority access is granted to families referred by schools, shelters, or nonprofit organizations. However, the program is open to all families interested in supporting their child’s growth, confidence, and leadership development. If your child is outside of this age range but would still benefit, make sure to check out our youth leadership series.
How do I sign up or get access to the program?
Families can join the waitlist now to receive updates and early enrollment access. Starting November 1, 2025, you’ll be able to enroll your child through our website. If you are part of a partner organization, your school or program will provide you with a free-access enrollment code. Once enrolled, families will receive a welcome email with platform login instructions and everything needed to get started on December 1, 2025.
Is there a cost to participate?
There is no cost for families referred through approved community partners. For all other families, we offer affordable membership options, including monthly and annual plans, to ensure access is possible for a wide range of households. We’ll offer sponsorships and sliding-scale opportunities when possible. Sponsorship donations also help cover the cost for children in need.
What does each monthly course include?
Each month, your child will unlock a new leadership-themed course with engaging video lessons, interactive activities, printable discussion prompts, and a real-world leadership challenge. They’ll also earn digital badges and a certificate of completion to celebrate their growth. The learning experience is flexible, screen-time balanced, and designed to encourage offline application and family conversation.

As we secure funding, we’ll expand to include STEM, STEAM, financial literacy, tech, and entrepreneurship content. Every course is created with cultural relevance in mind and highlights the brilliance, resilience, and leadership potential of a culturally diverse group of individuals.
Can I enroll multiple children or gift enrollment to someone else?
Yes! You’ll be able to enroll more than one child within the same household, and we encourage group participation through schools, faith-based organizations, and community groups. You can also choose to sponsor a child’s enrollment through a one-time or monthly gift, ensuring that families with limited resources can still participate.
